In July - there is a letter with 'No Hike' Variable compensation not paid. No information about promotion till date. Worst process - Send emails to HRs no response, Raise tickets, no response. Financial queries, no response, No recognition. Management is a dummy. Recruitment - Recruit for namesake. Schedule fake interviews. Sometimes cancel without any information. Sometimes you are the only one in the call, waiting for others to join. Keep us on bench and force us to resign. and Yes they say it is GPTW certified (I doubt it)
