Contracts are being lost and new ones not being won. Lie after lie is told to bring people through the door and then people are treated disgracefully. The CEO has her favourites, who are of low skill but picked to be in the inner circle because they won’t challenge. People work on things for months, and then they are changed by those at the top, with whatever whim they wake up with that morning The amount of attrition is shocking. Stay away from this company if you want to keep your sanity.
