      1. Not giving salary to employees for past 2 years 2. Worst politics built around intentionally by management 3. No work life balance at all 4. You should work days, nights and weekends. 5. 50% salary will be credited every month 10th, 15th, 20th or never 😊. 6. If you leave the company then your certificates and last month salary will not be given. 7. One and only worst company I've ever seen in my career.

Lack of learning opportunities; repetitive work with no career growth. 4. No Provident Fund (PF) benefits, which affects long-term financial security. 5. Poor job security and company policies.
