1. Incompetent Management 2. Favoritism toward employees close to two people 3. People who were having capability to create a good work environment are asked to leave (few left) 4. Manipulating and bribing people to write good reviews 5. Finding options to fire employees 6. Most funny thing is the management bought IPL tickets and on the same day they released the appraisal numbers, hoping that the employees will forget how they have been exploited for a year. From this you can sense that how childish they can think of. This company, especially the management, is a perfect example, people should avoid working with. Suggestion to the management: These are mature people from good institutes, not children whom you can buy off with chocolates.

Efficiency: If you ask a genie to find you the most inefficient + directionless organization on the planet, you’d wake up in this lobby. It’s a place where only part-time workers can thrive because anyone staying for a full 40 hours a week will eventually succumb to the sheer kinetic energy of people running in circles.
