Goo work life balance and good team

Pay is on the lower end with small incremental increases every year

-nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

-the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
