      1. Very low compensation package. 2. You never get recognized for the work you do. 3. It is extremely tough to get promoted and get motivated to work in this organization. 4. Initially you will be offered good pay to attract in to the organization; and from thereon the pay package and grade continues until boiling point is reached.
