If you apply to their Business Consultancy arm - be under no illusion, they are anything but. You will be expected to go for interviews for roles at the clients (often against contractors - because that's pretty much what you'll be doing). Once you're in and earning the fees. The majority of the UK office is staffed by offshore staff, and it shows in their reputation as a stack em high, sell em cheap "consultancy". You'll be seen by your clients as an offshore IT staff, rather than a member of a management consultancy they are pretending to be (and obviously failing miserably).
