Micromanagement, moody mangement, toxic environment, internal politics, and hire and fire policies. These are only some of the issues. HR only care about their salary. Middle level management are scared of competence. They play politics with other employees. Some middle level managers don't know English but they are managers and showing attitude. Managers don't treat employees as humans. There is toxic work environment.
