Benefits are great and the people generally great to work with. Flexibility to work from home is nice

Not a lot of inter-departmental support. Raises are very poor, and promotions do not come with raises or if they do it's not sufficient to support the increased responsibility. Bigger pay increases are seen in hops from one harris company to another, which is horrible for stability as there is no real incentive for managers or people to stay for longer than a couple years. Given that the company has to fall under harris metrics it's about doing more with less, and not enough is being done to keep the people they have. The stress is not worth it especially on the technology stack and breadth of information you have to know to do the job. Good luck learning on your feet.
