Do not take a job here unless you are prepared to be let go without cause or warning, regardless of your performance. Despite their messaging, they do not have much regard for their employees. They do not consider who will pick up that person's work within their department when they are let go. Morale is low. People do not feel secure in their jobs, with good reason.
