If you want to advance your career do NOT choose this place. You're put on phones as punishment when you take VTO, which they push for MULTIPLE times a day. If you're on phones sometimes BP direct messages you to ask if you want to leave early to save the company some money. You're also on Zoom all day to promote an "office" environment but it's actually to micromanage every little thing you do. You can't have your camera turned off for extended periods of time or you get in trouble. If your phone metrics are good and you have perfect quality scores you still get punished by being thrown on phones while the same people get put in better functions constantly.
