None, it was a great place.

Small work environment with a very laid back culture. Free snacks and a very solid work/life balance. The owners have a very hands on deck approach to always improving the business. They invest a lot in their employees. It was sad I left because I knew how much they genuinely care about their employees.

They had a manager who had a habit of blaming things on other people. They let her go which was the right decision. The benefits aren’t great but they certainly aren’t the best. They are a small company so it makes sense. The staffing industry is a ruthless business. You need to understand it has many highs and many lows. Don’t expect fast results quickly, patience is key.
