Flat management structure good spot if you’re a hard worker

Somewhat unstructured for many positions lots of employees float rest pick up the slack- need self motivation.

Coilcraft is a private company and a little different than big corporations. People that are successful here at Coilcraft seem to be inquisitive and self motivated. There’s a lot of smart people working here and the majority are all pulling at the same direction to make sure that the customer experience and the quality of the products are the best. The reputation that Coilcraft has built over 70+ years has developed an extremely positive experience working with customers.

Being a private company there’s not a lot of upward mobility unless people retire. If you’re content with the same job title and feeling good about what you’re doing this is a great place to be. But if you’re looking to climb a corporate ladder, it may not be the right company for you. Which is OK.
