      Not sure who wrote this but it seems all of the comments are completely untrue. Firstly the leadership is not disorganised, we also have several pages of procedural documentation and proper structure for most things. Being a global company, we also pay higher than the market rate in all countries we operate in.

      We have 50 people and our management team have a combined 20 years of crypto and management experience. Also, we have never had a compliance officer in East Poland, so we are not sure where this comment came from.
