Constant messaging leads to so much wasted time during the day - Endless meetings that aren't always necessary - CEO wants what he wants no matter how much evidence you put in front of him that it's a bad idea - No marketing budget. Everything was organic yet expectations too high - Everything had to be approved again and again by multiple people - You will be worked like a dog. and expected to take on multiple tasks with every-increasing expectations - Pre-Covid, the office didn't have enough room for everyone. Small lunch area, no space, quite loud and hard to concentrate
