Get to work with like-minded people that are goal-oriented. Management is transparent. Competitive benefits and compensation is above the Malaysian market rate, particularly for junior to mid level hires.

Not necessarily a con, but as the company is in a growth phase you must manage your workload efficiently, or you will find yourself consistently swamped. Lots of structure in terms of processes and SOPs still need to be set in place.
