I am surrounded by smart, kind, and mission-aligned teammates who care about collaboration and results, not ego. Plus, leadership is transparent, approachable, and deeply invested in helping people grow and caring about us as a people.

100% remote is a pro, but I do miss seeing teammate in person. So it's like a double-edge sword.
