Vantaggi
That might be a great company! They could hire good people who are intelligent and supportive. They have a good adaptation and onboarding program, compensation levels are also - satisfactory. You can probably get a good working experience here.
Svantaggi
1. Management expects you to work 24x7, and this is not about duties at all - you can't be precisely on a shift, but someone can ask you to fix something in a testing environment - not even in production, during weekends and evening/night hours. It can be good if you're only 25 years old and have no family - so you can turn your whole life into work. But not in my case. 2. I have never possessed a culture where you push something undertested into the environment where other people work so that it may cause problems. Somewhat, they can insist on releasing something right before the weekend or holiday in a manner like "What a problem, this is not a special day - just any other day of the week!" Of course - it's causing problems, and then you'll be asked to fix it. On a weekend - of course. 3. That may cause you to think that if people do their work 24x7 - then the company might be very successful, but that's not true: try to google "CoinsPaid gets hacked" to find out that they have been hacked twice in 6 months, and their 24x7 work didn't help them
