We’re pleased that you found value in the benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and flexible working — these are important to us, and we’re glad these aspects stood out positively.
That said, we take your comments around organisation, communication, and onboarding very seriously. Waiting for updates, particularly around something as important as an apprenticeship, is not the experience we want anyone to have. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’re actively working to improve how we plan, communicate, and support new starters.
