Toxic management in Asian team continuously playing politics and putting employees jobs at risk to gain their own agenda. Colgate favours internal employees who have stayed with company for years opposed to bringing fresh talent but this only leads to managers with lack of leadership experience and who micromanage. Unfair treatment of employees as lack of credit given where it is due and management claiming credit for themselves. Internally structure is so bad and slow with a lot of unwillingness to change but yet will blame new employees for not fitting in or understanding the business. Horrible and worse experience ever exacerbated by the most inexperienced manager who never listened to the team, continuously gaslighting and with absolutely no social skills and protected by HR. Forget career growth as there is little to none. Practices diversity in US but diversity is lacking in Asia.
