      avoid taking up the training with this company because you will be wasting 6 weeks being paid peanuts at 1.5k and there is no guarantee that you get deployed on the date they promised. In my case, delayed salary and started work more than 2 month after training.

      - Pay: They only value select people to actually earn what they deserve. - Leadership: Changes so frequently. - Severance: I was let go with no reason, no severance, no heads up, no conversation after 4 years of employment and working tirelessly every day to support our always-changing team. - VMO Position: No path forward. No where to "move up" in your career; and when you ask, all conversations are declined. - HR: Just ok. Not responsive when you actually need to speak, but when you do, normally very nice.
