      First and foremost, I want to thank Indranil Kundu and Mandeep Mally at Collabera for their dedicated help in finding and leading me to the position at Wells Fargo. Indranil was with me through the whole process and his patience and direction was definitely a key factor in me being selected for the position. In my mind Mandeep was like "the closer", her detailed instructions and guidance were so important and helpful during the final steps of me finishing and being selected for the position.

      - Pay: They only value select people to actually earn what they deserve. - Leadership: Changes so frequently. - Severance: I was let go with no reason, no severance, no heads up, no conversation after 4 years of employment and working tirelessly every day to support our always-changing team. - VMO Position: No path forward. No where to "move up" in your career; and when you ask, all conversations are declined. - HR: Just ok. Not responsive when you actually need to speak, but when you do, normally very nice.
