There are no perks with this organization.

Lack of leadership. Owner/top leader discusses confidential client information with other clients without remorse. Team members do not work together or help each other. Owner and top leadership will do whatever it takes to win a client regardless of what falsehoods they need to tell the client or regardless of how they can use other client information to get more business.
