No real leadership or support, no direction or training, onboarding was a joke, so much strange for a small office, everybody thinks they are in charge, head office has no power or controlled as they are under the whims of the parent company Desjardins and as result it is nearly impossible to resolve anything as there is a great disconnect between the two entities

I worked at the Calgary office, and the atmosphere there was incredibly toxic. There was little to no training, and the management was consistently awful, with bullying being a regular part of the environment. It felt like every day was a struggle, and many people left within six months. The compensation was low, and the benefits didn’t compare to what other banks offered.

Leaders have an incredibly old-school approach, which has prevented the company from growing at the pace it needs to in order to stay relevant.
