Collage has many of the issues that are typical of relatively small companies. You will likely not have all of the resources at your disposal like at a larger company. The company, despite its size, is siloed across functions. Research and business development are oftentimes not on the same page. Tension results from sales' need to grow revenue hitting up against the research team's man-power and resource constraints. Custom research is usually seen as more desirable than the shared cost platforms by prospects, but the business development team is highly discouraged from pitching the research team on custom engagements. Given the size of the organization, you can expect to wear a number of different hats, but despite this -At the end of every quarter we routinely heard the same refrain - "this is the most important end of quarter ever." While this may be true in some fashion, it was grating to hear this over and over again and could make work a slog. -Compensation was a bit below market.
