ive got one nice colleague.

impressively poor management. they lied about salary, work tasks and working from home. they also told me that there was a vast amount of opportunities to "climb the ladder". it is not. i am being gatekept, doing the most tedious tasks no one else wants to do, despite the fact that i have been top earner several times. management promised a "significant raise" when training period was over. when the training period was over management didnt seem to remember this promise. daily manager is toxic, in the sense that they micromanage, belittle you, claims you have gotten training for things youve never heard of, denies several previous promises, refuses to communicate, and to top it all of, they avoid any sort of confrontation like the plague. overall a horrible place to work. i have been in two other jobs in finance beside this one, and this one is by far the worst job ive had. its the one with the lowest pay, the most tedious tasks, and the most toxic management.
