Located by most major freeways, coworkers made working there pleasant enough, work hours vary, and parking was provided. It used to be a great place to work, but not anymore.

Once upon a time, this company was both thriving and successful. Pay was good, bonuses were great, and although collections is stressful, your teammates were always there to help out when ever needed. Then things changed. Where the company once had over 300 employees, is now down to less than 100. Big contracts were lost, and so lay offs are now the new norm, bonus compensations are constantly changing for the worse. Setting employees up for failure. Management no longer has a clear view of what’s going on and are dropping like flies. Communication from upper management to mid-management to the collectors no longer exists.
