First Week: Although it’s been less than a week, I’m excited to share my initial impressions. The workplace culture fosters trust and mutual respect, where people treat each other like responsible adults. There’s a strong sense of trust both within and between teams. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, approachable, and kind, making the transition seamless and enjoyable. My manager is incredibly professional and organized, I appreciate his guidance already.
