I've been with the company going on 12 years now. They have always taken care of me since day one. Business owner, and managers are very understanding and supportive. Lots of in-store and some travel for events. Great group of employee's to work with.

Can be very fast passed when larger tournaments happen of 200 plus players, Trade shows and Conventions can be long hours and demanding. Christmas can be challenging when order volume quadruples.

Collector's Cache, a business geared towards nerd-culture and collectibles attracts some of the best customers and co-workers. With everyone being friendly due to the nature of the business, work can be very fun!

Owner of the business has ethically-questionable practices which is pushed on employees. Employees are put in situations where lying in necessary (due to very poor owner management of issues + causing issues of own). Employees are under constant mental abuse due to business owner's personality-- guilt and manipulation tactics. Business would be in a much better place if management was able to due their job without owner's interference.
