Vantaggi
A challenging program that isn't just a job, but an education. You'll be pushed and find out what you're really capable of, from handling employees to dealing with customers and the challenges that come with that. For every tough day, there are those great days when you get referred by a customer who is impressed with you, your business, your people, and what a student was able to accomlish. Getting handed a completion check is an exilerrating feeling, and the money can be incredible when you do things the right way. I made money every year by listening to my coach and following the steps they set for me. It only became easier every year I kept doing the program. My second and third year I made enough money to pay for school, my own apartment, a new Toyota Tacoma, and a pretty lavish lifestyle for a college student. As a resume builder, College Pro did more for my career than my bachelors degree. I've had numerous offers from companies who seek out people who've done College Pro because of the experience and training we get. After College Pro, at the age of 21, I was hired to be a General Manager of a winery, and eventually was head hunted by a solar company and was moved acrossed the country. I came back to College Pro after 5 years of working around the country, to continue my education with them. They have development programs for higher level business leaders, and I intend on using these skills as I build my own solar company. The culture is built around success, with people that have become life long friends and business partners through College Pro. This program connected me with an elite group of individuals. We've shared meals atop casinos, traveled the world, and had adventures that I wouldn't trade anything for. The skills College Pro helped me develop include financial management, time management, hiring and developing staff, project management, sales, marketing, and being an effective communicator. I've been able to transverse and have careers in quite unique industries because of these skills.

As a Manager, you need to fully commit or you will not do well. Your first year will be the hardest thing you've ever done. Many of the critisms I see, come from people who didn't listen to their coaches, laziness, and making poor, avoidable decisions. This is an elite program. As with any top program, not everyone can do this. Your first year is the steepest learning curve, and you will not be great at this right away. Just like anything, it takes time to build your skills and get the business set up. Work life balance will come with comittment and learning discipline. You have to do everything to the highest level, hire good people, and hit your weekly goals, before you can sit back and enjoy the results of your efforts.
