I have done the College Pro Painters program for the last three years. What I can speak most highly of is the network I have built over that time. Every person I have met in this program, from the 1st year managers all the way up to the corporate staff, has their own unique perspective on business and life. I can learn something from everyone. This is a serious program. College Pro only hires people they believe in. I would stress to people looking into this position that without drive and tenacity you will likely struggle and fail. Be ready to work harder than you ever have. If you can handle it, you will not regret it. It is the best decision I have made in my life.
