-Teammates are really good, including TL and Reporting Manager. -Leaves are comfortably allowed and approved. -No strict 9 hour policy -Company gives proper notice period of one month to those being laid off. I didn't have to work during that period and company didn't create any problem once the employees were laid off.

-Sudden layoffs happen even of hardworking employees. Downsizing is practiced and employees are laid off. Within the Content Team several old and new employees were canned based on a list that had the names of those who will not continue anymore. The HR Department told that this is not on performance basis rather regular cost cutting and restructuring measures. Later on I got to know through company's Indeed profile reviews that similar layoffs happened in 2021 due to COVID. - The cafeteria area is untidy and compact. We often had to wait to have lunch. It was always packed and the area smelled due to people sitting close to one another. - The upkeep of the office was unsatisfactory resulting into mosquito bites. -The content team once performed well under the able leadership of Nishit Sir. But after he was let go, things became quite horrible and directionless. -Appraisals are petite and non-existent. New Joinees are not given good hike. - Company recruits freshers (interns and management trainee) to replace Senior Content Writers to cut costs. This results in poor quality of content.
