Let's start : 1) Dying Industry: Ed Tech in general has hads it run , CollegeDunia has no further chances of growth. 2) Low Pay , if you have recieved your offer , that in itself should speak volumes. ______ These are just the minor grievances , if these aren't convincing enough , I will further elaborate on why you shouldn't join this company 1) Clueless CEO : The CEO in general is extremely toxic , everyday some TL( Team Lead) is getting blasted , which in turn translates through the levels to you. 2) Toxic Managers : You will be micro-managed at every possible level. 3) Incompetent HR's : The HR department is pretty clueless , rather than addressing the employee grievances , they will in turn reverse the blame on you. "Manager is making you work late" : "Please come slightly late in the morning and try to recover your sleep on the weekends." 4) Bad WLB : 6 days working , even if it's alternate Saturdays , you should expect and respond to respond to Slack on the weekend. 5) Hire-Fire Policy : So this by far is the worst thing about the company , whenever their margin takes the slightest hit , expect a layoff. Not at senior levels , oh no , they are safe. If you are earning more than 5lpa , you are a target regardless. Expect it to be a L-La company. 6) No specified product : Their core business has taken massive hits since ed-tech starting declining , since then they are venturing into every known territory known to man.
