there used to be many good and committed people around but more have left, with only lousy leaders or head of department left

tons of incompetent senior management in the singapore office which created a mess. Good people are under-valued while lousy workers are promoted. Leaders with no clear vision and direction. Good hardworking staff will continued to be bullied by senior management and internally there are no proper channels to escalate any complains. Because even the HR is lousy. its a sinking ship and its known in the industry as the 'hire and fire" company. advice to all, do not join this company!
