      The people genuinely care about each other -- the staff and the leadership. We work hard and get lots done, but there is fun too. Colliers management -- from Doug on down -- really understands that treating employees well is critical to building a successful business, and they demonstrate it every single day, in ways big and small. I look forward to coming to work every day.

      We are a global company with 13,500 employees in 62 countries. That means communicating can have its challenges, but I wouldn't call that a "con." Even the best relationships aren't perfect. :)

      -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

      -Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
