Kind and caring workplace culture that wants you to succeed. The people there are there to coach you to be successful.

Svantaggi

Cut throat and over-saturated industry. Extremely difficult to be successful if you don't have connections in high up places. Regardless of your hardest efforts, making in in CRE isn't for the faint of heart. Hours expected in the office are too extreme. I don't think you need to be in the office from 8am-7pm if you are a new business development employee.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
