sense of community, everyone is very nice.

the upper management seems to be partially deaf as to the will of their employees. seems hell bent on getting everyone to return office, and they're only suggestion was "if you have a problem with that here are some mental health resources to help you..." very tone deaf and does not solve the root issue of the problem.
