Incredibly poor HR department - employed me before handing notice to previous employee, refused to pay me my accrued but unused holiday when I left the company. I never received a job role description and was told I was not entitled to one - as a result my job role changed dramatically during my time at the company The company were at times extremely unprofessional - my boss refused all holiday requests, told me not to speak unless invited to speak. changed my working hours to an extra 1.5 hours PER DAY more than agreed in my written contract for NO EXTRA money. I was offered no support when I visited the HR department crying.
