Hardwork is not recognised, staying late, showing off that you have done hardwork helps in career growth. It is just like a service based company, always relying on US management for work and funds. Continuous excuses of lack of funds. Zero development work in India. There is a tag called "above and beyond" that management uses to force you to work more than 8 hours and on weekends and to avoid giving good hikes. Management expects you to work on weekends because they "pay you for 30 days a month". Claims to be working with Agile life cycle but has deadlines. So called experts are mediocre, if they don't know something, which they mostly don't know, they claim to be busy and provide no help to juniors. Team Leads act like managers and do 0 work in the team other than assigning tasks.
