They will match your charitable donations and fundraising efforts to the tune of £1000 per year; they offer 3 paid volunteer days per year and are a founding partner of Coach Core and have a strategic partnership with Save the Children, and allow you to work anywhere for up to 8 weeks a year That heart comes from the top. This is a family run business at huge scale. They don't get everything right but they certainly do their best and I believe they genuinely care about the people, the communities in which they work and the business itself.
