There seems to be no real procedures for how to get work assigned to you. You have to ask and be annoying even if you’ve been on the roster a long time. They need an automated system that assigns adjusters based on location and merit. Absolutely no company culture for adjusters, no actual training just a yearly mandatory class that can’t be done online
