Management does not give you any kind of rewards. Our work is taken for granted. If a project is late, it is always our fault (from their point of view). They do not look at the environment around us that does not work properly. Resources are fully allocated. Sometimes we start projects with no resources or people allocated 2 hours a week in a project. Works cannot be done like that. Turnover is increasing day by day. New resources are thrown inside the projects without proper training. It is a disaster. Many head of have no knowledge about the work their team does. Others have the knowledge but don't have the personality to be people's manager. Zero empathy. Rude attitudes. Very few are competent and real leaders. Managers do not treat their people the same way. Some people get bonus for their work (in secret) and others get zero. But at the end of the day, people talk and these discriminations are very demotivating. There should be a clear overview of when people get extra bonuses and what this criteria is based on. It seems it is based more on network and friendship than business facts.

They don’t micromanage, supervisors are always willing to help.

QA is an absolute mess, and they refuse to see the issue which affects everyone’s monthly bonus. If you value your mental health don’t work here, they will constantly talk to you about your “brand” or how you are being perceived if you speak up too much for their taste. They will ask for feedback but never address any issues. Your confidence will be tarnish when you work your butt off and your QA scores are always low, even people that are top tier and leaders within the dept can’t even get decent scores. Unless you are able to be hired by another dept, which that in itself is hard, you have nowhere to go, basically they “promote” you by doing the same job with more pay that comes with extra set of responsibilities while also having to meet your metrics because if not, no bonus.
