Even though I had been a stay-at-home mother for the past 3 years, the owner, Rose, saw through my tests and resume that I was well qualified for the position I was hired for. As, of now, I have been working for Color Ad for approx. 2 months and I love it. It is precisely the type of company I was looking for after having been on such a long hiatus from the workforce. The fast paced, yet easy going work environment makes the work day smooth. Rose, along with the other employees, and now myself, we create a dynamic team that is able to boast of the accomplishments and successes of the company. We strive to provide a high quality product as well as phenomenal customer service.

The work day is a tad more lengthy than your normal 9-5, however, that is to be expected with the high volume of work that the #1 ad agency in the nation receives on a daily basis. And, not only am I well compensated for the talents I bring to the company, I am well compensated for my time. It is not one of those jobs where you stare at the clock and wait for the day to be over. And even at an entry level position, I am cross trained to be an intricate part of multiple departments.
