Management spies on its employees social media accounts and surveils them in other ways such as spying on employee group chat and punishes them for saying things OUTSIDE of work and keeping tabs on what their employee are doing. If you respect your privacy I’d avoid working here. Going into the gross ballpit. Period. Working there is so depressing. Everyone works there looks sad and exhausted because you're repeating the same words over and over to hundreds of people. It becomes extremely draining. Management is largely inexperienced and has misplaced priorities. They mostly micromanage and chastise people for small things in order to uphold the unrealistic standards of the founder, CEO, and the creative team. The founder is rude has a complete lack of regard for human beings. . She treat us like we’re machines or servants. CEO is homophobic. Your get hours taken away if you do not live up to their standards without warning. Irregular schedule. Using Paid Time Off is unnecessarily difficult

Management made working at this Instagram experience un-desirable . I wasn't paid on time and was told a lie as to why , everyone else was paid except me (almost 1 week w/o pay). Constantly spied on with our work apps provided by color factory in regards to criticisms of Management . Which was then removed because management wanted to be "open and transparent" with us. Strange, because when we did confront you about these issues you felt that we were attacking you . Also as mentioned before by other reviewers , there was a lack of a managerial presence on the floor. Visitors were often times rude and demanding
