      The pay is very good. Met a lot of cool people there and it'll be great for you if you enjoy working with kids.

      There is no consistency. One manager will say things should be one way and the other manager will completely contradict what the other one said and blame the Experience Specialists for it. They allow harassment to take place among the staff and do not do anything about it. There are some managers that are absolutely lovely and others that are childish and problematic. The higher-ups (CEO, creative team, etc.) do not care one bit about the staff, their only concern is money. I've seen so many great employees wrongfully fired or quit because the environment was toxic and the leadership team didn't do anything to fix that.

      Management made working at this Instagram experience un-desirable . I wasn't paid on time and was told a lie as to why , everyone else was paid except me (almost 1 week w/o pay). Constantly spied on with our work apps provided by color factory in regards to criticisms of Management . Which was then removed because management wanted to be "open and transparent" with us. Strange, because when we did confront you about these issues you felt that we were attacking you . Also as mentioned before by other reviewers , there was a lack of a managerial presence on the floor. Visitors were often times rude and demanding
