Some colleagues are bookish smart but not application smart. I don't know how they hire people. As long as they're good in algorithms, they will pass. But in actual, doesn't know how actual project programming works.

Great social aspects. International team, with varied experience. Compensation rates competitively among Japanese employers. CEO is fairly approachable, and feels like one of the team.

Svantaggi

Reward for good work is more work. Leadership is mostly ex-sales, offering limited perspective. Management dismiss experience of specialists. Promotion based entirely on CEO approval.

Their organization is flat. Unlike traditional Japanese culture, they are free and casual. They welcome the challenge of new areas, not just the job at hand. If you only want to do the work given to you, you will not fit in. In addition, the development of their products is mainly done by non-Japanese. Members from various countries such as Asia and Europe cooperate with each other. They are motivated, helpful and wonderful.

Svantaggi

Overall, more than 80% are Japanese. They are making an effort to speak English, but communication is still not smooth for some people. However, they warmly accept foreigners.
