Avoid ! Crippling Company, Terrible organisation - Recensione dipendente - Account Executive presso Colossyan

Reposting as they took down my previous post in June 23* They expect blood from you and long hours work. Usually 12/13hours. The management team don’t really know how to train or understand sales people. I moved from a previous start-up achieving 180% to be coerced into this role with deep regret. They expect you to do everything aside from sell and won’t actually let you sell because they’ll butt in and take your deals. I had huge experience which they didn’t care about . Culture is also questionable with dictators in charge.
