Left my previous job to work here. Owner knew this. All the feedback I got was good. Told me I was "doing great" Then, after about a month, he just stops giving me hours, stops answering my calls, stops replying to my texts. Eventually he texted me back saying he's trying to get me hours, but I never heard from him again. So worse than ghosting actually. If he had just had the integrity to be honest with me I could have moved on sooner. He also said a bunch of sexist and homophobic stuff. There was a girl working there who was dealing with health issues and he pressured her to work through them while also talking behind her back about how hiring women was a liability.
