Basically a body-shopping outlet. Managers have zero management skills. LOTS of politics and gossip. A lot of people get jobs here because they are related to someone already working here. Therefore projects are given not on your credibility but on how closely you're related to someone at the top. This is basically like an Indian government office, lots of red-tape.
