Used to be good place to work up to five years ago. Many employees have quit or go on stress leave in the last two years for the toxic environment that keeps accumulating. Very low pay for the hard physical jobs with capped wages. No room for growth. Zero company morale. Lack of technology, Unorganized, unprofessional communication, HR and most management have no respect for employees. Known for the ‘Boys club’ with floor management.
